Residential conversion of listed former council planning office at Lexden Grange
Inkpen Downie teamed up with Cambridge Developer Enterprise Heritage Limited to negotiate for the purchase of these council offices which local planners had vacated.
The Grade II listed Lexden Grange was converted into eight luxurious apartments and two new complementary buildings in the grounds contain an additional 12 dwellings.
