New Roof for an Arts & Crafts House, an Honest Repair

Built in 1906, possibly by Arthur H Mackmurdo, this eccentric pyramidal house required an entirely new roof.

The solution constitutes an "honest repair", not attempting to imitate the original, unavailable materials and fixings which contributed to the roof failure.
