Jacques Hall

The school is housed in a 19th Century house and a converted tithe barn on a site near the Stour Estuary. The service users demand a particularly robust environment, which considers not only the DfES requirements but is also simple to repair and replace if necessary. Design of the facilities takes into account the needs of both the young people and the dedicated staff.
- Recent projects include:
- Extension of the existing house providing additional beds, baths and staff facilities;
- Refurbishment of the kitchen, new servery and dining areas;
- Extension to the tithe barn to provide cookery, art and craft rooms;
- Refurbishment of classrooms including a new science laboratory.
