Bacons Farm Barn is a Grade II Listed timber-framed barn that is in particularly poor condition. Set within a complex of disused farm buildings, it has lost its historic identity and form and is in much need of repair. Inkpen Downie have secured planning permission from Colchester Council to convert the barn for residential use by providing designs that allow the alterations to be made without detriment to its historic fabric.
